Windows 7 "No internet Access" issue

Issue: Windows 7 system boots normally, You even can surf the web with no issue. Yet on the toolbar you get a yellow triangle notice that you have "No internet Access."
Solutions:
One possible cause to the issue is Bonjour service. As stated on http://www.acquiringsatellites.com/wp/2009/12/04/windows-7-fix-for-no-internet-access-when-you-can-access-the-lan
If you set the service to "Automatic (Delayed Start) this will allow windows to check the rout to the internet before the routing gets change by the Bonjour service.

IP settings not configured correctly, Check Gateway, and DNS. Check your Lan's DHCP settings. Manualy setting DNS and or Gateway seems to solve the issue for some folks. See: http://pocketpccentral.net/blog/2009/11/11/windows-7-unidentified-network-limited-access-no-internet-connection-problem-resolved/

Another is to check your router Firewall firmware. There seems to be a communication issue with some older router gateways.

Software installed is preventing Internet connections. Check for "eset or bitdefender" The recommendation is to uninstall both.

As I find other solutions I will post those too.
